Btw I met that sweet dog a couple of times. He or she hugged me and my husband. We also went and bought food for the sweetheart. We knew it was loved by some by the lovingness it possessed.

Salty really is a nice doggie.
January 16: left home at 6 AM, Pineapple Air to Nassau, Delta from Nassau to Atlanta and then on to Rochester NY, arriving 5:15 PM. Everything was on time and it was as easy a travel day as possible! Every once in a while you get one of those. This was a great trip, and we're happy to be back north with family close by.

That's the problem I'm having also Cookie. Still working on it (until I get frustrated) not a computer genius here sadly.
Thank You so much for the TR & glad for your easy as possible & safe travels.

You generally don't have to crop to reduce an image size, but it is a lot easier to do if you have a program like Photoshop, which is what I use to reduce the size of images. Different programs have different ways of doing it. In Photoshop I just select Image --> Image Size and from there I can choose dimensions and pixel resolution, primarily. If you just have a few that need to be reduced I can do it for you.

Double Bay January 4, 2019 *I was hoping to get some better results for inserting photos on this forum. Taking a cue from Bret, I did an interwebby search... For this photo, I changed the file size on my MacBook by opening the pic in Preview, then choosing TOOLS, then ADJUST SIZE, and then changing the RESOLUTION (reducing it until it was 1 MB or smaller). I don't think the result was any better than my earlier cropped photos. I'm not much of a photographer, but this might give newbies some idea of gorgeous Eleuthera is!*Also, Deb, I'm not much of a computer person either. When you get frustrated by technology, think beer ... especially since it's Saturday! 🍻And Kathleen, maybe those are your footprints. 😉

That warmed my fingers and toes on this wet cold evening in the mid atlantic US. Thank you ! You're in store for worse weather, hang in there! Remember Eleuthera! Not much of a techie myself, I merely have some experience with a similar travel forum. Still haven't got the photos from my phone to my laptop.

I'm wondering... when you click on one of the pics that I've posted, does the pic open in a much larger screen, for a better viewing experience? IF I'm logged in, that is what happens for me, but IDK if it's because it's MY pic. IF I'm not logged in, the website tells me that guests don't have access (or some similar). Please advise!

Clicking on the picture enlarges it just fine. Ready to go back soon.

January 14, 2019 Drew Beach featuring the smart, kind and handsome Mr. Cookie 😊
Drew Beach is not in Bret's The Beach Book... it's manmade, by Mr. Cookie, and it provides a nice, mostly level place to put some chairs. It's a great spot to have cocktails and watch the sunset. (And now you might be able to guess Mr. Cookie's first name...😉 )
